Michael Burnet and Timo Göhler, two runners of Synovos strong running team were participating at the 46th BMW Berlin Marathon, which took place on September 29th, 2019.
While Michael just missed out on a sub 3 hour finish due to some muscular struggles in the second half, Timo was able to finish as 4th fastest German and 74th overall out of about 50,000 runners in a time of 2:20:18 for the flat 42,2km-long course through the streets of Berlin, missing out on his Personal Best by just one minute.
The two runners who successfully finished the Berlin Marathon are currently preparing with other Synovo-colleagues for the Nikolauslauf Tübingen, a half marathon which will take place on December 8th in Tübingen. This event is sponsored by Synovo and the entire Synovo-family is looking forward to a great weekend of running!
